Mrs. Duong Thi Bich Diep holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from Hanoi National University; she is also a Public Administration PhD student at National Academy of Public Administration. Mrs. Diep co-founded, operated and managed the 1400 National Humanitarian Electronic Portal (Ministry of Information & Communications), and many volunteer programs such as “Loving porridge pot”, “Pink Drop of Love” organized by the Ministry of Public Security and the Central Institute of Blood Transfusion. Currently, Mrs. Diep is the Deputy Director of the Institute of Organic Agricultural Economics with many contributions to the development of Vietnam’s agriculture sector.

Huong Vu, EY Vietnam, is the General Director of EY Consulting Vietnam. Huong Vu has more than 22 years of professional practice in Tax and Investment in Vietnam. She has extensive experience in tax planning, tax controversy and business advisory services to meet the needs of multinational enterprises operating in Vietnam in a wide variety of industries. Huong Vu is a member of CPA Australia, a board member of the Vietnam Tax Consultant Association (VTCA), Deputy Director of the Vietnam CFO Club and leader of Tax group of Vietnam Business Forum (VBF). She is also a member of International Tax Committee of IAFEI. Huong Vu personally received recognition awards from the Prime Minister for her achievements and contributions to Tax development in Vietnam.

Phuc graduated Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Missouri (USA), Master of Public Policy (MPP) from Harvard University (USA) and became CFA Charter Holder in 2018 (CFA Institute). He currently serves as the Managing Director of Vietnam Green Startup Foundation with the mission of providing capital and improving capacity of startups and not-for-profit projects, towards sustainable development for rural areas. Phuc is also a co-founder and CEO of Green Edu and founder and member of Teach For Vietnam’s Advisory Board. His interest revolves around the field of Social Impact Business, Ecosystem Development and Development, Comprehensive Economic Development.
Graduating with a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City, Tram has over 9 years of experience in accounting, with more than 5 years of experience as Chief Accountant. For her, sharing is the key to expanding knowledge, love and engagement with people. JoiningVietnam Green Startup Foundation, she hopes to contribute to the building and development of a comprehensive green ecosystem.
HEAD OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD
Graduating from Foreign Trade University with a major in International Business Economics, Lan has 9 years of experience working at an international auditing company and nearly 3 years working as an English book editor. At Vietnam Green Startup Foundation, Lan is the Head of the Supervisory Board. In addition, Lan is working with Green Edu in the Green Book project to disseminate knowledge about sustainable economic development and high-tech agriculture.
ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR
Graduating from Foreign Trade University, Thao has diverse working experience, from big companies, startups to non-profit organizations. Thao is also one of 14 first generation fellows of Teach For Vietnam. After 2 years of teaching and interacting with the community in Tay Ninh, Thao believes education problems can’t be solved if we separate education from economic development. Becoming an alumni of Teach For Vietnam, Thao decided to join Vietnam Green Startup Foundation to contribute to the journey of building a comprehensive green ecosystem where everyone enjoys sharing expertise, exchanging perspectives and creating values for local communities.
IMPACT ASSESSMENT MANAGER
Danh has been a Vice Director of DRD (Disability Research and Capacity Development), and concurrently served as Development Director of YSD Organization (Youth Sustainable Development). In addition, he also collaborates at ICISE (The International Center of Interdisciplinary Science Education) as a supporting organizer of international scientific conferences, which get participations from leading professors/Nobel Prize winners.
Danh has various experience in quality management, design thinking and resource approaching in community development projects. He gets the “Youth for Peace” Award by Austrian Royal Family in 2014.
Danh is interested in researching and building the models of sustainable development; community development projects related with children, the environment, the disadvantaged, arts and cultures.
Thao graduated Master of Biotechnology from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, with 3 years of experience in the fields of Energy Efficiency and Startup Support. Joining inVietnam Green Startup Foundation, Thao would like to contribute to sustainable development of Agriculture as well as building a comprehensive Green Ecosystem of Vietnam.
